The SureSelect XT HS2 mRNA Library Preparation Kit is Agilent’s newest strand-specific, poly-A enriched mRNA-Seq solution for Illumina sequencing. It targets the coding regions in the transcriptome for gene expression profiling, fusion detection and novel transcript discovery.

The kit offers a streamlined workflow that generates high quality libraries with excellent library complexity and uniform transcript coverage using 10 – 1000ng of total RNA. 384 unique dual indexes allow you to minimize index hopping. It is equipped with molecular barcodes to identify PCR artifacts.
