The SureSelectQXT Library Prep for WGS products are transposase-based DNA library prep kits for whole-genome sequencing (WGS). The advanced workflow offers 1.5 hours of hands-on time and dual index barcodes.
The SureSelectQXT shearing-free DNA library prep kits enable the generation of high-quality libraries. They offer more uniform coverage of the genome, especially in challenging AT-rich regions. The kits also provide master-mixed reagents and only require 50 ng of input DNA.
