ZAG DNA Analyzer
The Agilent ZAG DNA Analyzer system relieves bottlenecks in automated high-throughput DNA fragment analysis workflows. Using parallel capillary electrophoresis, the ZAG DNA Analyzer system can process thousands of DNA fragment samples a day, eliminating bottlenecks associated with agarose gels.
This system is ideal for a range of DNA fragment applications, from basic PCR fragment analysis to microsatellite detection. Minimal sample preparation, automated separation of samples, and the option for continuous operation help keep your workflow moving.
The ZAG dsDNA kits provide a high-throughput analysis solution for relative quantification and accurate sizing of dsDNA fragments. Specially formulated gels, markers, and ladders are designed for each kit enabling reliable sizing over a broad range with varying applications. Common applications include PCR fragment sizing, genotyping, and microsatellite detection.
There are four ZAG dsDNA kits to choose from based on the size of the DNA or PCR fragment of interest, ranging from 1 to 20,000 bp. Results can be obtained in as little as 30 minutes while maintaining high resolution.
